Part B: a citation from your library
You admit a reference from your own library into the note, with an intake record of where it came from and what was checked.
Principles in play: Review against sources, Control transitions.
Needs: Zotero with its local API on, and your OpenRouter key.
What you do
Section titled “What you do”-
In your section of the shared note, write one sentence that needs a reference, with
(CITE)where it goes. -
Say to your agent Find the citation for my (CITE) placeholder in my Zotero library, and tell me what you found and what you did not.
-
Read each suggestion: which library item it came from, whether it is already in the reference file, and what the citation check printed.
-
Say to your agent Use the second suggestion.
Or say that none fits and leave the placeholder; both are results. If you chose one, read the draft and say finalize.
-
Open
sources/intake.jsonl. The last row names your reference, your library as its origin, your name, and what was checked.
Ask your agent
Section titled “Ask your agent”- Did every suggestion come from my library, and what did the library hold nothing on?
- What did you check before the reference entered the file, and what did the citation check print?
What you can say now
Section titled “What you can say now”A reference was admitted from outside through a check and an intake record that says what was checked: that is C, control transitions, at the entry. The suggestions came from my library and the choice was mine: that is R, review against sources, as advice.
